Breaking Changes

• fix: validate reserved palette tab configuration (73e70f9). The reserved palette tab now rejects colorExtras, empty or non-color tiers, and inconsistent CSS-variable families. This also affects Astro host configuration validation. Migration: remove colorExtras from the palette tab; give each tier non-empty color items using either consecutive numbered CSS variables with one prefix or unique named variables with one prefix. Move mixed-kind generic tiers to a differently named tab and update any referencesRamps tab references.
